Our edible beach scene

Our edible beach scene was produced for a birthday party with a nautical theme.

The castle itself is white and vanilla  flavoured chocolate hand moulded in a sandcastle mould. The fish, shells and starfish are all also hand moulded chocolates. Little handmade droplets of chocolate for pebbles. type

The sand on the beach is brown sugar!

The flag is made by layering coloured chocolate onto cooling marble, then cut to shape, in fact the flagpole is the only thing you can’t eat.

needless to say, and to continue the metaphor, it “went down a storm!”
