We use fresh roasted coffee beans from local coffee roasters Grey Seal. They make the best coffee in Norfolk, so they are well worth a visit. Head down to Glanford near Holt & Pop in for some tasty cakes too. We coarsely grind the coffee beans seconds before blending with our 67% Grenadan Dark Chocolate for a textured bar & sprinkle a few of the beans on top for added crunch.
